DESCRIPTION/ The flagship Westfield Newmarket is a premium shopping experience. Incorporating 277 and 309 Broadway in Newmarket (Auckland, NZ) with a floor space of 88,000 sqm, the complex sets a new benchmark in retail, dining and entertainment, bringing together the best local and international brands under one roof.

Scentre Group’s progressive design team understood the potential of the TRACKLOK® and GRIDLOK® seismic bracing solutions early in 2017 and worked with us and our engineers during the design process.

TRACKLOK® and GRIDLOK® benefited the project from a compliance, consistency and resilience perspective and GRIDLOK® had a particular benefit, reducing install time and creating efficiencies in a compressed construction program.

The team at TRACKLOK® are proud to have our internationally accredited seismic solutions incorporated into the beautifully designed Westfield Mall in Newmarket.
