DESCRIPTION/ Burwood Hospital is an integral piece of CDHB’s infrastructure and a part of a major redevelopment of public hospital facilities in Christchurch, New Zealand. The need for an innovative and engineered bracing solution was required and the work of the design team and structural advisors led to the use of TRACKLOK®. As with all hospitals the service intensive plenum needed a bracing system that could cater for congestion with flexibility. Added to this the bracing needed to be a proven system that is easy to install and cost effective to project – TRACKLOK® delivered!
